These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VSIP Technology Inc. ("VSIP," "we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

4. Account Registration and Security

Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes personal identification, financial information, and investment experience details required for regulatory compliance.

Account Security
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Enable two-factor authentication when available
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
  • Use strong, unique passwords and update them regularly
  • Do not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
Security Notice: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. VSIP is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to compromised credentials.

5. Trading Services and Execution

VSIP provides automated trading services that execute trades based on pre-programmed algorithms and strategies. While we strive for optimal execution, market conditions may affect trade timing and pricing.

Strategy Performance

Past performance does not guarantee future results. All trading strategies involve risk of loss, and you may lose more than your initial investment. Strategy performance may vary based on market conditions, execution timing, and other factors.

6. Risk Disclosure

7. Fees and Payments

Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Current fee schedules are available in your account dashboard and on our website.

  • Circumventing position limits
System Abuse
  • Hacking or unauthorized access

  • Violating applicable laws
  • Fraudulent representations
Account Misuse
  • Sharing account credentials
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Providing false information
  • Circumventing restrictions

9. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred and must settle any outstanding obligations.

Termination by VSIP

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms, illegal activities, or other reasons that pose risk to our platform or other users.

Effects of Termination
  • Immediate cessation of trading activities
  • Settlement of outstanding positions and obligations
  • Return of remaining account balance (subject to fees and charges)
  • Retention of records as required by law
  • Survival of terms that by nature should continue post-termination

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

VSIP services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific trading results. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VSIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Trading losses or missed opportunities
  • System downtime or technical failures
  • Data errors or delays
  • Third-party actions or market conditions
  • Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VSIP harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
